This next session is of a beautiful couple who were just in the right place at the right time when they met each other. When you look at Marissa and Zach, you can instantly tell that this is true. So full of love and vibrancy, this couple is what fairytales are made of! Joining them in New York City for their engagement session, we went to Central Park, Flatiron, and Grand Central – and they stood out lovingly at each one!
Meeting by chance at a lounge in Atlanta as they visited family for the Thanksgiving holiday, they truly were just in the right place at the right time as I mentioned before. Finding that they had a lot in common – like their common interest in food adventures, jazz, and God – they began dating in November 2010 and have been going strong ever since! Choosing to propose while they were at the Liberty House Restaurant on Christmas Eve of 2012, Zach eventually convinced Marissa to go out to the back garden in the rain so that he could romantically ask her to be his wife. With stars in her eyes, the rain could never dampen that moment. She of course said yes as he knelt down to ask her!
With that wonderful moment in their hearts, they celebrated their engagement with love and deep emotions shining in their eyes. Pushing each other to be a greater person, I could clearly see that these two truly completed each other. Being lost in a world of their own no matter where we went that day, the stunning areas of the park, the gorgeous architecture, and city all around them held no sway compared to their adoring displays of love! With romance shining between them throughout the day, it truly was an awesome experience for us all! Congratulations you two – you deserve it!
